BeYOUtiful Clinic Policies

Payments:

BeYOUtiful Clinic accepts all major credit cards, and cash.  CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.  We are also affiliated with a finance companies:  Care Credit and  With Cherry.  These companies allows you to apply for credit without a hit to your credit score.  Depending on your credit score, they may finance up to $10,000 and you get to pick your terms.  Often times, terms up to 24 months offer  free financing.

Same-Day Appointments:

Same-day appointments cannot be made online.  Client must call the clinic directly (878-295-5307) to confirm availablity.

Cancellation / Late to Appointment Policy:

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client attention, a cancellation policy has been implemented to include the following:

• The average session can range from 1 to 3 hours.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, BeYOUtiful Clinic (BC) misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other clients.  Therefore, BC kindly requests at least a 24-hour notice prior to your appointment.  You may cancel your appointment online; however, the best and safest way is to call the clinic directly at 878-295-5307.

• Multiple appointment reminders will be sent out to the number provided when you book your appointment.  You will be requested to confirm your appointment via an automated service.  You can also call or text BC directly to reschedule or cancel.

• If you are not able to be on time for your appointment, BC will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible.  Again, the average booking / appointment ranges from 1-3 hours long.  Please keep in mind that when you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment in fairness to the appointments that follow yours.  Your treatment must end on time so the next scheduled client’s appointment can begin on time.  It will be at the discretion of BC to determine if there is enough time to start your proposed treatment; if not, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day and time.

• Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of the policies.

Refund Policy:

While BC makes every effort to make our clients as happy as possible, it is important to note that  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  BC does NOT give refunds.
