Velora BioFiller
Velora Filler—often called the PRP/HA biofiller—is a regenerative injectable treatment made from a client’s own blood, combined with either cross-linked or non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (HA). It is designed to create a smooth, gel-like filler that can add subtle volume while also supporting skin repair and collagen stimulation. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which are typically synthetic HA products, Velora is positioned as a more biologic or “non-filler filler” option because the platelet-rich plasma component comes from the client’s own blood.
How it works: A small blood draw is processed to isolate platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is then combined with non-crosslinked HA for hydration, structure, and smoother injectability. The mixture is then photoactivated with LED light, which can increase growth factor release, and then incubated to create a thicker, moldable gel consistency before injection. The goal is to provide immediate soft volume from the HA/plasma gel while encouraging longer-term regenerative effects from platelet-derived growth factors.
How long it lasts: Results vary by treatment area, metabolism, lifestyle, and protocol. Sources commonly describe maintenance every 6–12 months, while some clinics report results lasting several months to 12–18 months. Delicate or high-movement areas, such as under the eyes, may fade sooner, while cheeks or temples may last longer. Some protocols recommend a series of 2–3 initial treatments spaced weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions.
